Important context about the information on this site, the programmes we run, and the choices you make when you take part.

General information

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes about the Dadaa Fifiawoto Nyamadi Foundation and our programmes. We make a sincere effort to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty, express or implied, about its completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Specifically:

  • Information shared by our mobile health clinics or outreach events does not replace consultation with a qualified medical professional.
  • References to legal frameworks (immigration, family, child-welfare, etc.) are illustrative and should not be relied on in place of advice from a licensed practitioner in your jurisdiction.
  • Donation tax-deductibility varies by country and individual circumstance. Please consult a tax adviser before relying on a Foundation receipt for tax purposes.

Programme participation

Volunteer placements, beneficiary support, and event attendance are subject to the Foundation's eligibility criteria, safeguarding rules, and available resources. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Where a programme involves travel, fieldwork, or activities with inherent risk, participants are expected to follow staff guidance, observe local laws, and take reasonable personal precautions.

External links

We sometimes link to websites operated by other organisations, partner churches, government agencies, news outlets, and so on. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement of the views or services on the other end.

Photography and likeness

We sometimes photograph and film our outreach work, with the consent of those who appear. If you are taking part in a Foundation event and prefer not to appear in published media, please let an organiser know before the event begins. If you find yourself in a published image and would like it removed, email hello@fifiawoto.org and we will address the request promptly.

User-submitted content

Where we publish testimonials, case stories, or photos shared by volunteers or beneficiaries, we do so with their consent and (where appropriate) with names changed to protect privacy. The views expressed in those contributions belong to the contributors and do not necessarily represent the official position of the Foundation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation, its board, staff, volunteers, and partners will not be liable for any loss or damage, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, arising from your reliance on the information on this site or your participation in our programmes. Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates

We may revise this disclaimer from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
